Services & Estimates

We provide the residential and commercial HVAC services, mechanical contracting, and preventive maintenance described on our website. Any quote, estimate, or preliminary repair cost provided via our website or phone dispatch is based on the initial information you share and is not a binding contract until confirmed in writing through an authorized work order or executed proposal.

On-Site Scope Verification: Final pricing may change based on on-site inspection, equipment accessibility, existing ductwork or electrical infrastructure, and verified scope of work.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By submitting your phone number through our service request forms or otherwise communicating with us, you agree to receive phone calls and SMS text messages from ASCEND Mechanical Group regarding your inquiry, quotes, dispatch arrival notifications, scheduling, appointment reminders, and service status updates.

Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies based on your active service requests. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out & Support: Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or reply HELP for immediate assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive operational text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete information when requesting quotes or service, and to use our website and diagnostic tools lawfully. You are responsible for ensuring that any residential residence or commercial facility where HVAC service, inspection, or installation is requested is a property you own or are legally authorized to make contracting and access decisions for.
