OUR GENUINE BACKGROUND

The Founding of ASCEND Mechanical Group

ASCEND Mechanical Group was founded by Stacye Sanford, Walter Elliott, and Tiffany R. Airington during a pivotal moment that created an opportunity to build something new with purpose, experience, and a clear vision for the future.

The company was brought to life alongside Jay Sanford, Chief Operating Officer, and a team of HVAC professionals who shared a belief in what ASCEND could become.

Jay brought years of HVAC leadership and entrepreneurial experience to this next chapter, having previously owned and operated AC Executives before selling the company. What began as an unexpected transition quickly became an opportunity to build something stronger.

Michelle Moreno serves as General Manager, Jake Lowes as Project Manager, Tina Eskridge as Dispatcher/Coordinator, with Ron and Quincy serving as Service Technicians. Each brought a different area of experience to the company, helping establish the leadership, field operations, customer service, and teamwork ASCEND was built on.

WHAT THE NAME REPRESENTS:

The name ASCEND represents more than growth. It means rising to the occasion, moving forward through challenges, and continuously raising the standard for the team, customers, and every project bearing the company's name.
